| 2 Can my sticker also be designed by Sticker12? |
Unfortunately we don’t design stickers, but offer you the opportunity to design your stickers in our online design studio. |
| 3 Which payment methods do you offer? |
We offer the following payment options: Bank, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Mister Cash, Giro Pay, Carte Blue. |
| 4 Do I receive a confirmation of my order? |
We always send email with the confirmation of the order, after receiving the order. |
| 5 Do you offer sponsorship? |
Unfortunately we don’t offer sponsorship. |
| 6 What’s a data check? |
Data check is an option which you can choose if you want that we check the file that you send us before it goes into production. If we still encounter errors we will inform you of this. |

Unfortunately, we don’t do this. |
| 2 Do you also print on bigger circulations than indicated? |
Certainly; if you want a price for a larger edition, please contact us via the contact form. Don’t forget to mention how many copies and which formats you want.

| 3 Do you print in other formats? |
No, unfortunately, our standard formats are the offer that we deliver. By holding on to these formats, we can keep our prices so low. |

| 1 Why are your prices so low? |
We are specialists in the field of stickers, so we are cheaper than a regular printer. In addition, we combine many orders, so fixed costs are shared over several different customers.

| 2 I only want stickers in 1 color. Is that cheaper? |
All our stickers are made in full color so the number of colors doesn’t apply to the price level.

| 3 Are your prices net or gross? |
Because we offer stickers to various parties throughout Europe, our prices are net. For customers from the Netherlands, there’s an additional 19% VAT. Note that you always give your VAT number as a customer in order to get the net price. If this VAT number isn’t given, there’s also 19% extra on top.

Delivery Times |

| 1 What are your delivery times? |
The average delivery time is 10 days for customers in the Benelux, other countries should take into account 14 working days. It can be sent by express delivery for a surcharge, this differs on average 2 working days. |
File types |

| 1 What file types do you accept? |
We accept the following file types: TIF, TIFF, JPG, EPS, PNG, AI, PSD, and PDFs.

| 2 How can I upload my files? |
| You can upload your files through our online studio or directly to your account. |
Online Studio |

| 1 How does the online studio work? |
For questions about the online studio, you should read our special manual, that lists exactly which features the online studio has. You can find this manual here.

| 2 Can others also make use of my design? |
No, the designs remain only active in your account, we will not continue to use them.
|
| 3 Why doesn’t the online studio accept my illustrator file? |
For technical reasons, the studio can only handle up to version 8 of illustrator. So if you have a file created with a newer version, save the file as an older version, then you will see that the file is usable in the online studio.

| 1 Are the stickers also weatherproof? |
Our vinyl stickers are weather resistant and can withstand UV radiation. We use special inks that can resist this. |
| 2 What materials do you have? |
We offer the following kinds of material:
1. 73 g/m² matt paper, writable, including slit
2. 80 g/m² glossy paper, including slit
3. 90 pu glossy white vinyl, waterproof, printed with UV resistant ink + finished with a UV lacquer.
4. 90 pu glossy transparent vinyl, waterproof, printed with UV resistant ink + finished with a UV lacquer. |
| 3 Is it possible to request a sample? |
Of course it is possible to request samples, the only thing we ask is that the postage is paid. You can order a sample kit in the web shop. |

| We offer free standard shipping to the whole Europe!! |
| 2 Do you also ship to PO boxes? |
Unfortunately we can’t ship deliveries to PO Boxes.
